But when you started to apologise he held up his hand, he wouldn’t hear you saying sorry and he didn’t like that you were embarrassed. you blushed and thanked him for his help.Once he was sure you were ok he slipped out of your mind and waited for you to speak. you did as he said and slowly you felt yourself return to your usual self.You were instantly at ease and Spock was right there with you inside your mind, telling you to breathe normally. your mind was instantly filled with soothing thoughts, it was like a wave crashing down on a burning fire.So he put his fingers on your face and initiated a mind meld. Spock knew you couldn’t understand him when you made no attempt to answer him.Your breaths were laboured and uneven and you were starting to feel darkness creep in at the corners of your vision and dizziness took over. his lips were moving but you couldn’t understand what he was saying.It wasn’t until he grabbed your arms and turned you to face him that you properly saw him and the frown on his face. But you couldn’t hear him, could barely see him.
Spock noticed it immediately, he tried to talk to you and get you to follow his breathing.your whole world seemed to reduce to just your pounding heart, your shaking limbs and your anxiety.you were working at your station in the science labs and there was no warning, no apparent trigger for your anxiety attack but it came and it hit you like a ton of bricks.Didn’t know which version of Spock you were after so I went for TOS as he seems to be so popular!
